Mother of classmate Sue Paquette Allen

Theresa P. Paquette, 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 26, 2024. Theresa was born on January 4, 1933 in Hardwick VT, to the late Ernest and Delphine (Derosea) Choquette. She grew up in Saint Johnsbury VT, the youngest of 14 children. She married Andre “Andy” Paquette in 1951, and together they moved to East Longmeadow MA to raise their family.

Theresa had an artistic soul, and she painted large canvases and would create items for arts and crafts and shows. Theresa wanted to share her paintings, and in her late seventies, she opened up her own Ebay account and sold 850 paintings to people all over.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children Gil Paquette, Susan Allen and her husband Paul, Gary Paquette, Donna Bihler and her husband Kurt, and Monica Stechshulte, her grandchildren Jessica Jones and her husband Charles, Brittany Buckmaster, Matthew Seitz-Paquette and his husband Kevin, Lindsey Paquette, Nicole Bihler and her husband Tyler Jensen, Aimee Ferraro and her husband Johnny, Kurt Bihler, Jr., and Andrew Tetreault and his wife Ivy, her great-grandchildren Charlie, Alice and Hank, and extended family.

Her care is entrusted to Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation and her services were held privately by the family.
