Gail A. (Pallatino) Falzone, 57, died Thursday, April 21, 2011 at the East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Home. She was born in Springfield on July 17, 1953 to the late Quito and Mary (Allison) Pallatino and was a 1971 graduate of East Longmeadow High School and North Adams State College. Gail worked as a teacher for over 32 years in the Monson School Department. She served as the VP and President of the Monson Teacher's Association. She loved traveling with her husband Richard to Chicago, Washington D.C. and all over Massachusetts with the Springfield Elks Lodge. Gail was predeceased by her mother in September of 2010 and her father in March of 2011. Gaili is survived by her husband of 23 years, Richard A. Falzone of Longmeadow, her brother David Pallatino and his wife Susan of of Wilbraham, four stepdaughters, eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A funeral ceremony will be held on April 27 at Forestiere-Smith Funeral Home followed by a liturgy of Christian burial at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery.
