Donald A. Turnberg, 40, of 53 Chestnut Street, East Longmeadow, died on Thursday February 11, 1993 at home of an apparent suicide. Born in Springfield on November 24, 1952, he was a lifelong resident here. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam war, and a member of the American Legion. He leaves his father, Robert J. Turnberg of East Longmeadow; three brothers - William R. and David A. (his twin) of East Longmeadow, and Douglas J. of Westerly, RI; a sister, Sandra J. Krasnecky of Hardwick, MA along with several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be private with calling hours Saturday, February 13 at Hafey Funeral Home.
