Paul R. Messenger, beloved husband of Linda (Kaeser) Messenger, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018. He was born September 1, 1953 and predeceased by his father, Carl "Frosty" and mother, Helen (Langan) Messenger. As a child he lived in Warren, MA, where he helped his grandparents at Sun Valley Farm, race ponies and build show and race carts. He graduated from East Longmeadow High in 1971. After almost 40 years in the automotive and RV service industry, he was enjoying retirement. Paul lived in Somers, CT for 33 years, where many memories were made with beloved family, friends and pets. In addition to his wife Linda he is survived by his loving son Patrick and wife Amanda of Kuna, Idaho. He also leaves a brother Philip and wife Judith of MO, one niece, an aunt, cousins, and many close friends. Calling hours are Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Somers Funeral Home, 354 Main St., Somers, CT 06071, from 10AM to 12PM, followed by a celebration of life at 12PM.
