Mark David Dunn, 26 of Lexington, Kentucky, formerly of 21 Savoy Avenue, East Longmeadow, died Monday, August 27 (1979) in Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, of a brain aneurysm.  Born in Springfield, he lived in East Longmeadow most of his life before moving to Kentucky three years ago.  He worked as a caterer for Turf Catering in Lexington.

Mark graduated from East Longmeadow High School in 1971 and UMass Amherst, Class of 1975.  He leaves his parents John J. and Doris M.(McCracken) Dunn, and three brothers-Robert E. of Amherst, James M. and John P., both of East Longmeadow.  The funeral will be Thursday in St. Michael's Church with burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Springfield.  The East Longmeadow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Donations may be made to the Computer Scanner Fund, Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis.  There will be no calling hours.

In his high school years, Mark played football and was on the track team all four years.  He was also on the debate team, French Club and the Spartan Spectator newspaper.
